mamma mia movie review: so who is sophie's real dad?? ft. ben douma

Rach and Liv are back- and this week they’re joined by special guest and producer of the pod, Ben Douma! Today’s episode will be our first movie review. We’re talking about MAMMA MIA! The episode starts with some quick facts about the cult classic (3:07). The trio then give their initial thoughts about the movie (5:48). What do they think about the casting (13:18)? WTF is Pierce Brosnan doing in a movie musical? Does Amanda Seyfried live up to the hype? WHO IS DOMINIC COOPER? Next, Rach, Ben, & Liv share their favorite songs from the soundtrack-ABBA is lowkey lit (22:38). They also have a few questions about the plot- why did it take the three dads SO LONG to figure out Sophie’s master plan (29:19)? Of course, they play a game of Kiss Marry Kill with Sam, Bill & Harry (31:35). In typical I’ll Say It fashion, the group asks the question everyone wants to know the answer to- WHO IS SOPHIE’S REAL FATHER (35:07)? Spoiler alert: you can’t have three dads so it has to be one of them. To finish up their review of Mamma Mia, Rach, Ben & Liv rank the film (40:20). I’ll Say It continues to solve your quarantine woes by answering your questions (44:24). First a listener writes in about a soon-to-be in law with some annoying quirks (45:00). Then, the trio provides some wisdom and tough love to a fed-up single girl in quarantine- we all needed to hear this (54:05).

is 22 too old for tik tok?

Liv & Rach are back! To kick off the episode, they're giving quarantine updates and sharing some positive things happening in the world despite the COVID-19 crisis (1:55). The girls then dive into the main topic for today's episode-TIK TOK (not the Ke$ha song). What is the hype behind Tik Tok's biggest star Charli D'Amelio (16:23)? What are the best and worst songs that have been made famous on this app (20:40)? Is it better than Vine (29:00)? Rach & Liv give some recommendations for products that Tik Tok has basically forced them to buy (30:21). They also spill their favorite Tik Tok comedians (42:40). Although the gals clearly love this app, they break down the darker side of Tik Tok (47:15). Would they let their hypothetical 13-year-old teen download the app (56:07)? IS 22 TOO OLD FOR TIK TOK (60:00)? You'll have to listen to find out. Liv & Rach wrap up the episode by answering your submitted questions! A listener writes in about an ex who wants a gift back (64:06). Another listener asks what she should do when her parents allow extended family over during the shelter-in-place, but won't let her see her SO or friends (71:14).
