Two mediocre white guys, recall and review classic movies of the past and present. Try to imagine a conversation you might have with a 90s era video store clerk about what you should watch tonight. We WILL tackle films that won't often be discussed as Oscar worthy but are always considered entertaining. We will argue, agree and attempt to mimic accents of the most classic one liners and movie tropes. Come prepared to laugh and it is ALWAYS a good idea to listen after you have seen the film and not before.

The Last Starfighter (1984) - "Greetings Starfighter" - (Episode 77)
It is hard to believe but Nathan had actually never seen this classic 1984 adventure film. We talk about what made us nostalgic and how the special effects could likely have been achieved with the very first iphone. It was a fun movie and a fun discussion.

How did it take us THIS long to talk about the greatest mob movie of all time. Natan and Ollie found no flaws in this epic masterpiece and discuss how much a part of the culture this movie has become.

Lethal Weapon (1987) - "I'm getting too old for this Sh*t" - (Episode 75)
We hope you like random saxophone solos. There is plenty to be had with this late 80s buddy cop classic. This is for sure the first movie I remember that included Gary Busey and definitely not his best.

True Lies (1994) - "Oh God, no, please don't kill me. I'm not a spy. I'm nothing. I'm navel lint!" - (Episode 73)
This is one of those amazing Arnold films that was hilarious and filled with awesome action. This also had one of the greatest Bill Paxton parts of ALL TIME.

Tropic Thunder (2008) - "What DO YOU mean, 'you people!!'" (Episode 72)
After a couple of failed attempts to get together to talk about this AMAZING COMEDY, Nathan and Ollie finally tuck in to this hilarious movie. This might be the last great ensemble comedy that was made fearlessly. I hope we are wrong as it is INCREDIBLE and we wish there were more of these.

Must Listen For Movie Fans
A great podcast made for fans of classic 80’s and 90’s movies. Ollie and Nathan are hilarious and provide thoughtful and entertaining commentary. A great listen each episode, it truly feels like you are listening in on a conversation between a few friends.
not entertaining
they talk 15 minutes about a film and spend the rest of the time just jerking each other off via chat it's boring when exciting movie are supposed to be talked about
Not to be missed!
Time well spent with two very intelligent, thoughtful, and clever individuals. You will find yourself laughing out loud, often. And, very likely inspired to rewatch these 80s classics.
