Happy anniversary honey! If you or someone you love ever want to get off caffeine I highly suggest not going cold turkey because the turkey will need a sweater, also its very hard on the body. I have returned to my calm ways without the need for stimulants but that doesn't mean i'm giving up coffee, I love coffee too much.
