It's all about health in real life

So much of the health info out there is so not sustainable, enjoyable, or doable. But the info Kelly & Kim share is totally doable in real life yet is rooted in science. I really enjoyed how they share their own experiences & the lessons they've learned from working on the different aspects of wellness in their real lives. They're knowledgable, approachable, and fun to listen to! thanks ladies!
