Golden Health Nuggets!

This Podcast hit home with me in a multiple of ways! I especially gained much insight from the episode with Rochelle who spoke about how movement helps us remember. I deeply connected with Faith's and Rochelle's background with movement as their medicine and how it can open up what we so intelligently store to remain safe. Thank you for being so authentic and open. This Podcast will remind you that Love and Wholeness awaits you!
