Sometimes we get so desperate to change our body we're willing to do the extreme to get their. Sometimes we train as the average person or athlete, and we do things that are out of this world and DON'T work with our bodies, but against it. Sometimes we want to change our body & health so bad that we jeopardize the most important thing, our mental insanity & health. The better we get to understand our body (our self) inside and out, then we are able to be in full control of progress, performance, and health.
