Love these.

I took Katie’s online webinar several months ago and it helped me focus on what I wanted and how to articulate it. These podcasts help reinforce some of the topics that were covered as well as new ones. I have found that after mulling around some of my feelings/thoughts about a topic in the class, and letting some time pass to reflex/act on them, my perceptions have changed when I hear them again on the podcast. Plus, they are a good little kick in the pants of motivation.
