For more than a decade, my Buddhist academy

AudioDharma has for more than a decade been a resource for developing my understanding of Buddhism as an ethical and religious system, both in theory and practice.

The variety, volume and timespan of speakers and topics is as comprehensive as you will find anywhere.

I highly recommend this podcast for another with an interest in Buddhism.

Lifechanger!

I have listened to this podcast on and off for years and have loved each and every episode. More recently, I’ve been listening daily. Kudos to Gil Fronsdal and the Insight Meditation Center in Redwood City, CA for providing such a meaningful, intentional, and much needed service to the world via these podcasts. I’m eternally grateful!

Life changing

I’ve been listening for 10 years and I’ve become a much better person because of it. I have been given the gift of calm, where I used to react so quickly. Gil is my hero (even though I’m sure he doesn’t want to be on a pedestal), I’m forever grateful to him for changing my life in my 20s. I hopefully have many more years to spread peace, love, and kindness, because of this podcasts influence.
Much love,
Zen Hen Sanctuary
