In this third episode, Sijtze de Roos, Michael Tichelmann and Tünde Erdös, we take a view at 
exploring the state of play in coaching both from the point of view of the coachee as well as the coach - what matters in the coaching business development field and why we need to care - the commodification of coaching and what we need to be aware of as coaches and recipients of coaching - democratisation of coaching and how it may impact our work and the world of coachees as they see coaching as an emerging field - digitalisation and how it impacts the quality of coaching.
This is a Light and Shadow of Coaching – in and beyond organizations production resulting from a documentary we made to fund coach training for women in Kenya. Our purpose is to empower women creating ripple effects of growth, change and development. Today’s episode is the first installment of a series of conversations with coaches, leaders, educators who either donated to support this social impact through coaching initiative or made an interview contribution to the documentary, or sponsor the social impact initiative.The goal of this series is to give you an intimate peak behind the curtains: what is social impact through coaching for our guests and why does social impact.

About our guest Sijtze de Roos:
Sijtze de Roos is based in the Netherlands and studies social movements, deliberative democracy, and media and democracy. He is the former president of ANSE and the Dutch Association of Supervisors and Coaches, editor in chief of the ANSE Journal, well-cited author and an avid speaker on digitalisation and the democratisation of coaching. Sijtze is also an experienced senior board official, supervisor and coach with a demonstrated history of working in the human resources sector. He has extensive experience working in non-for-profit organizations covering the fields of HR consulting, coaching, and executive coaching.
