Episode 8: Paprika
Hello. Do you remember us? No? Well, we remember you. We were watching you sleep, enjoying your dreams. How did we do it? Well, you'll have to listen to this episode and find out! And we hope the sounds of cooking in the background make your mouth water. Because we all have to eat... Until we don't. The intro this week was recorded by the ever lovely, Aimee Wise. Our excerpt of music at minute (41:50)is from the Paprika Motion Picture soundtrack. It is "The Girl In Byakkoya" by Susumu Hirasawa. Check it out!
Episode 7: Phantom Boy
We're baaaaack. And we've got a film that will make the child inside you want to literally come out and play! With spirits & ghosts! So let it out! Now float around. And solve police case. It's totally safe. Speaking of safes... This week we watched Phantom Boy!
Episode 6: Heavy Metal
Possibly the dumbest movie ever made? Lewd, crude, and made for adolescent boys obsessed with boobs, this movie is a series of unconnected shorts from the 1970s-80s magazine "Heavy Metal." Each short more insulting than the last. So bad we're not going to defame an inbetweener artist by listing or mentioning one.
Theme music is "Swing 39" by Latche Swing (found on Creative Commons)
