But, if you don't have any incentives or ways of keeping your crew focused on that goal, or ways for them to earn extra money, you’re going to have a hard time getting them motivated to help you create those raving fans out of your customers.
Your movers need to see how they can help, not only the company, but also help themselves. 
They need to know what's in it for them.

Establish Your Customer Rating Process Create a Simple Reward Program Introduce it to Your Crew I'm sure you've got movers that come to you all the time and want a raise. Well, this is an opportunity to give them a raise. But, they’ve got to earn it, right?
Set up a reward program. Set up some incentives. Show your guys that you care.
If your crews are doing a great job and working really hard, and your customers are happy, show them your appreciation for it. This will only HELP your business. 
Let them go out and be focused on what you're focused on, which is creating happy customers. 
Raving fans are going to give five-star reviews, repeatedly move with you again and again, and also refer you to somebody else.
So, incentivize your movers to make sure these things continue to happen on every move.
