INCLUDE THIS IN YOUR LISTENING!
Fantastic and brutally honest conversations about the realities of show business and how minorities are particularly affected by it. A MUST LISTEN for everyone who wishes to understand both sides of the coin.
This discussion is NECESSARY.
As a white person, this podcast is absolutely changing the way I see film and theater. Just recently I started watching a really beautiful show from HBO call Togetherness. Although I think the show is extremely well done, I couldn’t help but think to myself, “This is the same old white person story I’ve seen a thousand times, with people of color in the background only.” I am hungry for diversity in the stories I see, and I believe that America on a whole is hungry too. The fact that Nina and J are charming, well-spoken, wise, and have an undeniable chemistry is just icing on the cake. Beautifully done.
Woke-est Podcast!
I love this Podcast! I literally listen to it on the day it comes out. The hosts are amazing and the subject matter is necessary in today’s socio-political climate. So Woke. So Great. I can’t wait to hear more!!
