This program provides youth with skills such as interview techniques, professional attire, resume building, and workplace etiquette. Participants receive a stipend and exposure to various job opportunities in their chosen field, emerging from the program as professionals. Specifically tailored for native youth, it also serves as a mentorship program as they transition into the professional world.

"' Youth who participate in our Youth Workforce Development Program not only receive a stipend upon joining but also emerge from the program with increased confidence for interviews and a greater ease in responding to potential employers' questions.'"- Michael Andrews.
