The last time I interviewed Tehzeeb was at Abode Boutique Hotel in Colaba Bombay. This time around was in the comfort of our own homes, myself in NYC and she in Bandra Bombay, via a Zoom meeting. Times have changed, however Tehzeeb's insight on food, society and nutrition still remains strong and inspiring. Enjoy!
