This podcast is a lifestyle piece with professional emphasis and occasionally a personal interest. I talk to the somebodies and the
nobodies about what they are doing to "make it." Whether they are 20 or 80, I'm finding out what path they are on and where they are
going so people like myself can continue to learn and grow to gain understanding and sympathy. We're learning together and finding out
what is absolutely necessary in peoples' lives.
In this episode, host Allison Moree talks with American editorial cartoonist Jeff Koterba. Jeff has had his work sent to space, he has Tourette Syndrome, he's given a few Ted talks, and he's been struck by lightening. He talks to Allison about how he's gotten to this point in life and some of the struggles he has faced on the way to achieving his goals.
Allison Moree chats with "Your Favorite Librarian," Forrest Evans! Forrest is an Atlanta-based, licensed librarian working at a special research library. The avid DC Comic Book collector fights under education, and for gender equality. The published poet is best known for her work in Pen+Brush, TQ Review: A Journal of Trans and Queer Voices, and The Apogee Journal. Forrest has worked in various libraries— from academic, small and public libraries and even corporate collections, the poet is affectionately addressed "Favorite Librarian."
The Community Nutrition Ph.D. Student
This episode is dropping on World Health Day. In honor of that, we are talking with Katherine Baker. Katherine is a Ph.D. student studying Community Nutrition. She's interested in things like climate change, health equity, animals, and public health.

In Episode 3, Nicholas Rice talks to about his career change in life. Having grown up and been part of the church for many years, he felt God was calling him to make a change into acting and modeling. We discuss some of the challenges of having Christian morals while working in the entertainment industry, his leap into writing (a book and a screenplay!), and his hopes for his upcoming movie. Nicholas also lets listeners know what he thinks they should learn from this episode: put your mind to something and do the work!
Don't forget to watch Nicholas' movie trailer (see the show notes for link) and give it a like!
