Progress, not perfection ,

Powerful!

Today’s episode was so powerful! So much wisdom intertwined throughout the entire episode. Especially when Monique began to talk about the power of a woman’s intuition and core beliefs. How we can create in our partner the very core beliefs we hold deep inside and how that power can cause those changes in our most intimate relationships. That if we believe all men are abusive and don’t follow the rules, or destructive and don’t express their emotions in a way that doesn’t make sense, we create that man in our relationship.
Wow. That DOES make sense. Especially for me. And I so appreciated how Monique broke down the way she reconciled her deep Southern Christian upbringing to embracing her gifts of being an Astrologer. How they aren’t mutually exclusive but actually integrated quite beautifully.
It was fascinating to listen to how understanding my own astrological chart can change my relationships with others to knowing how to best meet my needs with Radical Self-Care.
Fantastic show! Baby Elliott chiming in was adorable!
Monica has such a wonderful and creative process how she invites another powerful and intelligent woman to share her gifts and life experiences and to integrate what she teaches with Radical self care. The end result is always finding the gems that bring transformation, if I do the work that is!

So juicy, raw and exciting

This podcast is packed full of useful tools all women can use. Its relevant for all women no matter where we are at in our lives...its sooo juicy and raw. real women helping women and not just experts or authors but women sharing their journey and what they have learned...its like having access to all the ancestors at my fingertips. I learn sooo much and especially I learn how to help myself with everything from the simple to the very complex emotions that arise in my daily life as a mother, sister and wife. This is a must listen for all women. I have dabbled in most of the self-help women for women podcasts out there and Im not impressed-but this is seriously the real deal. Thank you Monica!!
