As children, many of us did not receive the care that we needed, and many of us have internalized the message that we are not enough ~ causing us to unconsciously carry low self worth throughout our adolescence and adulthood.
Inner child healing provides a sacred container for us to meet gently with our inner child self, allowing us the opportunity to listen, learn, and provide the love and care for ourselves that was not provided by our caretakers.
This process - a highly potent form of shadow work - allows us to cultivate a sense of deep security, safety, and self worth that can heal very old wounds ~ some of which we didn't even realize we had! When we allow ourselves the opportunity to heal on such a deep level, we can carry that newfound sense of self worth and security into all areas of our lives.
