Intentional Business Models, Network Design & Consumer Experience

This podcast examines issues pertaining to how product managers, developers and entrepenuers can take the time to be thoughtful and intentional about their business models and its components. They discuss developing a streamlined consumer experience that is transparent, secure and private. Host and guest touch on ad presentation, data collection, java script usage, dark pattern website design, as well as data protection regulations (GDPR). They also discuss ways businesses can empower themselves to make customized network decisions upfront, as opposed to outsourcing those decisions to third parties. There are interesting ideas presented about the cultural shifts surrounding the consumer experience on websites. This is a "great listen".

In depth on great topics

Really interesting and thoughtful long form interviews. I tend to read the descriptions and cherrypick the ones I’m most excited about, but I like these innovation and equity conversations a lot, so that ends up being most of them :) Sheana clearly does her research so the interviews are easy to follow. Check it out!
