    China published its copyright law amendments for public amendments and the second reading is done early August.  Audio-visual works are now officially recognized.  But the powers of licensing by radio and television stations raised lots of discussions, so are the provisions related to copyright misuse.  The proposed amendments have been going on since 2013.  We shall see the final round of reading done by the end of this year.
