Inside IV: Preparing for Deltopia

Isla Vista's annual Spring Festival, better known as Deltopia, is expected to bring thousands of revelers to the streets of IV. This year, IV's local government and Associated Students UCSB will be providing free tacos, snacks and activities to help keep the party fun and safe for everyone.
