OK

As a potential first time homebuyer, my hope was to find a podcast or two where I could get advice from experts and really hear what I should expect. This podcast does a little bit of that, with some episodes much better than others, but as a whole I can't go much higher than a 3. The biggest issues I have with the show relate to the production (the drops between segments are jarring and not mixed well), the first 1/3 or so is often useless (promotion, or content more relevant for the YouTube viewers), and the host at times plays a little fast and loose with numbers/history. I've definitely learned some useful things, but my recommendation for any potential listener would be to just listen to episodes that sound particularly relevant, and get ready to do some skipping around.

I’ve never been so impressed...

… by a local real estate agent team ever. Been super impressed not only on his content, but also on his actual real estate knowledge and experience. I’ll buy and sell all my future real estate with him forever.
