Building on their Episode 7 discussion of the STIR/SHAKEN framework, Steve and Chris discuss when providers need to implement mitigation programs and what needs to be included. They also offer recommendations for customizing a program to fit a provider’s needs and how to build a program that is both effective and manageable.
