Thomas E. Weaver has been a criminal defense lawyer in the State of Washington since 1993, arguing hundreds of cases at the both the trial and appellate level in Washington, Alaska, and in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is also a lifelong student of American history, literature, and politics. His research and story-telling ability is put to use in his new book, The Electoral College: A Biography of America’s Peculiar Creation Through the Eyes of the People Who Shaped It
