4/14/24 - Emma Nadler
Emma Nadler is an author, speaker, and psychotherapist based in Minnesota. She is also a wife and mother and shares her life with us in her memoir, "The Unlikely Village of Eden." Eden is Emma's 2nd child, a daughter finding magic in her neurodivergence. In bringing us into her family, Emma helps us build a greater awareness of, and compassion for, families that become caregivers, what that means and how each of us can be a partner. It's such an important insight as we experience how all-consuming, but also rewarding caregiving can be, to show support for the field in our closest circles.

3/17/24 - Sandi Gold
Sandi Gold is a New England-based artist who was diagnosed with a brain tumor and given less than a year to live. That was nearly four decades ago! Faced with recurring symptoms of radiation damage (including cancer) from her treatment, betrayal by a dysfunctional family, and myopic advice from the medical establishment, she taught herself to open her heart and trust her own body’s voice. Sandi shares her story in her inspiring memoir entitled "I Chose Love: How to Survive a Life-Threatening Illness Using Love to Guide You", a worthwhile tool with self-help journaling prompts at the end of each chapter.
