Educational, Entertaining, INSPIRING

I love how in-depth Michael is able to take the conversation without being boring. I walk away feeling educated and inspired to incorporate what I have learned.

Hard to focus

The whooohooo is sooo annoying. If not for this I might enjoy the content.

Far too many “WooHoo’s” diminishes the quality.

I just listened to an exceptional interview with a neuroscientist for the second time, because the guest was incredible. Because of the interview, I now understand why the host may feel validated in “WooHooing” yet it is simply a distraction & excessive. It honestly doesn’t feel authentic and seems to be a filler when he could just simply use words of appreciation or acknowledgment of connection with the guest. I found this podcast by searching for specific people who they have interviewed, and the content is generally good—except they really need to consider if their “WooHooing” is as effective as they think it is for the **listener. For me, it is completely inauthentic and distracting. It might be a perfect tool to “shift” for the individual, but is it effective in this podcast scenario? My answer is NO.
