This episode features Brandon Shintani, Founder and Leader of Mind-Design Sports. Mind-Design Sports is an international Sport Psychology organization that provides free resources for youth, high school, college, and professional athletes.
Episode 32: Dr. Mark Louie
Dr. Mark Louie is the newest member of our Inspire Wellness Sport Psychology Team. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) specializing in exercise science, strength and conditioning, and sport psychology. Dr. Mark has worked with athletes of all levels, most recently completing a post-doc in sport psychology supporting Elite Division-1 athletes, teams, and athletic staff at Rutgers University and Seton Hall University.
Episode 31: Coach Sean Foye
Coach Foye is now in his 15th year with the Don Bosco Prep hockey program and has played an integral role in eight straight Bergen County Championships, two Gordon Cup Championships, four NJSIAA Non-Public state final appearances and the 2019 NJSIAA Non-Public State Championship. Coach Foye also coaches for the New York Saints Hockey Club.

Episode 29: Cory Cannici, Owner of Parisi Speed School
Cory Cannici has been a performance coach and personal trainer since 2010. In 2013, he became the youngest owner among over 90+ Parisi franchise locations, after opening his business, Evolve Training & The Parisi Speed School in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. Cory takes great pride in empowering young athletes and helping people achieve mental and physical health.
Episode 28: Brad Vaccaro
Brad has been training and educating athletes all over the country for almost twenty years about increasing speed and improving strength and power. He is the owner of the Sports Conditioning Institute and Ultimate Track & Field Training Academy in Fair Lawn, NJ. He specializes in sport specific training with a focus on injury prevention.
