Today I had the pleasure of having Kenzi Rose on the podcast.
Kenzi was a nurse practitioner not too long ago, and she found herself in a place where she wasn’t in alignment with the system & her truth. So she decided to quit and become a coach in implementing plant medicine.
Kenz is trained in Jungian, transpersonal, and spiritual psychology, trauma-sensitive coaching, breath work, yoga, meditation, attachment healing, codependency, inner child healing, and shadow work.
From a transpersonal and spiritual perspective, She helps her clients create profound inner awakenings and integrations by bringing together eastern spiritual teachings, indigenous wisdom, western clinical psychology, and the continuous cultivation of the deep feminine energy in the world.
Today, we talked about how plant medicine is the catalyst to spiritual awakening. She shares Her story about how plant medicine became a part of her journey & when it all started, The science behind psychedelics, micro-dosing psilocybin, integration, Feminine energy, and shadow work.
