Hi!! I’m Justine! A certified John Maxwell speaker, trainer, coach and DISC assessment consultant. I started the Inspired Leadership for Her podcast to help women feel empowered in their role as leaders in their world. Being a leader simply means that people follow you. But, inspired leadership indicates that people follow you because you create an emotion in them where they cant help, but want to follow you.And that's the difference! Inspired leaders are on a heart mission to pave the way for other women to step into themselves and lead greatly. There are 7 categories of an inspired leader that will push you to continue to grow, influence, & impact the performance of those you touch. In my podcast, I will take you on a journey of navigating those 7 strategies! Get ready to step into inspired leadership!

    A Season Of Gratitude

    A Season Of Gratitude

Join Justine on today’s episode as she talks about the attitude of gratitude that is so needed in leadership today! “Gratitude means thankfulness, counting your blessings, noticing simple pleasures, and acknowledging everything that you receive. It means learning to live your life as if everything were a miracle, and being aware on a continuous basis of how much you've been given.” ~ Marelisa Fábrega.
Gratitude and vulnerability are foundational traits of leadership today. By flexing your gratitude muscle and becoming a “conscious gratitude practitioner” workplace and organizational issues will be greatly diminished. May you realize that despite our unprecedented circumstances today, we all have much to be grateful for and by verbalizing your gratitude you can change the outlook for your entire team, organization, family, church & workplace.
Happy Thanksgiving!  Give thanks freely this year and take stock of all that you have to be grateful for. 🤍

Collaboration - A Necessary Characteristic of the 21st Century Leader

Collaboration - A Necessary Characteristic of the 21st Century Leader

In Episode 18 Justine is diving into the subject of collaboration in leadership.  What an important topic today!!  In years past, a leader was expected to lead by dictating what people did or didn't do and how it was done.  Today, collaboration is an essential ingredient for organizational survival.

A collaborative leader is a team player who concentrates on the good of the entire team. She is not led by ego but by the ability to see and tap into the gifts and strengths of each member of the team. Collaborative groups go above and beyond what one person is able to accomplish and in doing so can celebrate the wins (and work through the losses) together!!

Inspired leaders cast visions for their team but also are found in the trenches right alongside their people. Positive collaboration creates positive energy. People are willing to give their best because they feel like they are part of something bigger than themselves. One for all and All for one!!

If you want to be a TRUE inspired leader, mastering the art of collaboration is an absolute must.

Understanding the way people communicate and how they behave is essential to collaboration.  If you need to better understand your behavior and communication style, or that of your team, feel free to reach out via email or go to inspiredleadershipforher.com/workwithme to sign up for your own DISC Assessment!

Fascinating and Insightful

I follow Justine on Facebook and listen to her Podcast. I know Justine from a Networking Group we both attended and she was so gracious to share her John Maxwell Leadership with us.

I recently took the DISC Assessment through Inspired Leadership for Her and did the two one hour consultations to review my report.
Justine helped me understand my assessment gave me great insight into my communication style and how I relate with others.
The report is amazing I feel so much better about myself. I can now understand my strengths and work on the areas that were not as strong.
I can use this assessment and what I learned in my sessions to have better communication as a leader at work relating to my staff.
I would love for all of our staff to take this assessment.
I highly recommend other to take the assessment very insightful.
Thank you Justine!

Just discovered this podcast and loving it!!

Leadership for women is so very important....we are natural leaders but life ‘stuff’ tends to make us lose sight of that.

Thank you Justine for spearheading such an important movement! 🏆🔥💯
