Allyship at its finest!

The Center for Creative Leadership defines allyship as follows: “Allyship refers to the actions, behaviors, and practices that leaders take to support, amplify, and advocate with others, especially with individuals who don't belong to the same social identity groups as themselves.”

Dr. Harrison, a fellow physician, leader, and dear friend, exemplifies allyship through his consistently inspiring, challenging, and thought provoking podcast. He and his excellent guests touch on topics that are critical to creating safer, more ethical, more diverse, and more inspiring work environments. His own work in the domain of workplace bullying shines through, and I always learn something from his courageous guests.

Keep the hits coming, Adam and guests! Thanks for your efforts.
