THE SOUND OF SURF-BOB BRILL 1987 UPI RADIO
In this episode Bob rewinds to a UPI Roundtable episode he produced in 1987 for the radio network. Amazing music, interviews with Dean of Jan & Dean, the Beach Boys and more. It aired over New Years weekend when the folks in the midwest and east were eating their hearts out over this one! LOL. Enjoy It runs 26:00 minutes

On Martin Luther King Day in 1994 the earth in the San Fernando Valley shook violently resulting in the Northridge Earthquake. It was family first, radio news second on that day.
50 Years in Radio - Doug Williams and Super Bowl
Bob covered five Super Bowl games but two stnad out, his first in New Orleans the day before the Challenger disaster and the Doug Williams San Diego game where there was controversy over a reporter's question about Doug being African American, which Bob straightens out this urban legend because he was there.
Wasn’t sure what to expect with Bob’s new podcast, having heard him on the radio, but like the title of his show indicates, his guests are VERY interesting! Dr. Pillay’s comments about the brain were fascinating, and helpful since I have a family member who has anxiety issues and more. His comments were very educational, and I look forward to more from Bob and his guests!
