In this episode, Babita and I discuss:
Setting boundaries so that you can recognize when people are taking space in your life when they shouldn’t be. Setting relationship boundaries by making the space of a sacred couple.  The pressures surrounding getting into and being in a relationship. The narcissism spectrum, the roots of narcissism, and the lack of empathy.
Key Takeaways:
If you are in a relationship with a narcissist you need to give yourself permission to leave.  Use an utilize your village to help you leave and to help you stay safe. Use fear as your friend, understand the dangers of breaking up with a narcissist, the cost of taking action, and the cost of not taking action.   Moving forward after a narcissistic relationship, apply what you have learned, realize what you want and need in your next relationship, and ultimately to trust yourself.
