Sam is best known as the Training Specialist, and Global Training Lead, for Google’s #IamRemarkable initiative, which aims to empower women and other underrepresented groups to speak openly about their accomplishments in the workplace and beyond. To date, she’s delivered the #IamRemarkable workshop to over 3500 participants around the world, and trained over 5000 facilitators across 159 countries globally. She’s also an International Coaching Federation accredited coach, trained teacher, and Educational Consultant.
As someone who herself has battled low confidence and limiting beliefs, Sam’s vision is to create a world where no one ever has to feel ‘not enough’. She is the founder of her own initiative, This is Me, which aims to empower introverts from underrepresented groups, helping them to unashamedly show up as their authentic selves and make choices that serve them.
