John Perry serves as the Rehab Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Texas Rangers. He spent two years working as a Minor League S&C coach in the New York Mets organization. Prior to joining the Mets, Perry was as a strength and conditioning coach at Georgia Tech in 2017 – working with the baseball and football teams – and was a graduate assistant strength coach at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock from July 2015-May 2017. He also spent a portion of 2015 as a strength and conditioning intern at the University of Georgia. The Georgia native earned his bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University and a master’s degree in Sports Management from Arkansas-Little Rock. John and his wife, Kristen, reside in Surprise, Arizona, with their daughters, Reagan and Caroline.
