In this interview I speak with Melissa Tosetti and Kevin Gibbons from the Savvy Life (http://thesavvylife.com). They shared with me how they help people build real wealth without sacrificing their lifestyle but by focusing their spending on what really matters.  They can find savings of 13% of your income that you currently spend on things you  don't care about and repurposing these savings to things you truly enjoy or towards turnkey rentals investments.

What are the 3 main ingredients of a Savvy Life? 

1. Design your lifestyle. What do you want your life to look like. This is not a lofty goal. We are talking daily habits. You will see results immediately that will benefit you for the rest of your life. not 10 years down the road  Provide income security: They are independent consultants, senior executive, startup early employees, professional athletes. Their income is fluctuating. Rental properties could smooth their income and invest some money in rental properties at income peak to prepare them for a time when they are in a valley. 

2. Crunch the numbers. Look at the expenses, savings. Set money aside for key expenses so that you are not scrambling. Set money aside for Passive income investments.

3. Execute the Plan. This is the tough part. Make sure the plan is sustainable and get excited about what you will get out of it. Track your saving towards passive income, and net cash flow from rentals.
