With this in mind, we wanted to take time to break down different types of abuse within a relationship including stalking and harassment. Elyse is starting the series with her own personal story with a past partner. It is our hope through this series that we not only bring awareness to this type of abuse but also share resources and talk with experts about how to see warning signs if you or a loved one finds yourself in an abusive relationship and how to create a safety plan for leaving.
