#83 – The Gospel, Race, and Making Disciples in America

Are Christians in America getting sucked into a conversation about race that is being driven by culture rather than the gospel? How do we allow kingdom principles to guide our view on this subject rather than emotions or political pressures?

Andrew is joined by Patriece Johnson to discuss these question and more on this week's show.

Patriece has over 20 years of experience making disciples in the everyday places and has also served in leadership roles within her organization, The Navigators, including their Military Leadership Team, Cultural Development Team, African-American Network Leadership Team, and National Leadership Team Council.

With the fast paced world of technology, I’m so thankful for this conversation! With to little ones growing up, it gave me more insight and inspiration of what actions to take for them as well as for myself. Even though technology is not specifically mentioned in the Bible, the subject to not be conformed to the world struck a cord with me. How much is technology stealing from our time with Jesus, Family and Friendships? Even from the creative development of young children. Looking forward to more to follow😊

Best Practical Podcast

Two things make me love this podcast:
1. They are always pointing back to Scripture.
2. They give practical ways to live out the Scripture.
What more could you want from a Christian podcast? We can talk about our faith all we want, but if we don’t take action, then what’s the point? I also love the bonus audio messages they provide.
