Hi there!  I'm Jessica Martin and I'm the host of Healthy Teacher, Happy Teacher!  

I wanted to start this show because I am focusing on becoming more healthy and happy in my own life.

This show will discuss self care and fast easy mental, emotional and physical health tips for teachers.  It's a stressful position, but we can manage it and still live healthy and happy lives.
