Welcome to PNW: True Crimes, a true crime podcast where we focus on crimes occurring in the pacific northwest region of the united states.
My name is Jody W. I am excited for you to join me on this journey as we discover cases of missing persons, homicides, and serial killers all within the region of the Pacific Northwest. I am by no means an expert on subjects of missing persons, homicide and or serial killers, however I have always had a fascination with the mystery and intrigue of crime solving.
My podcast will focus on the Pacific Northwest region, specifically the areas of the States of Washington and Oregon. My reason to focus on this geographical area is simple, I live in Seattle, Washington. I have resided here for over ten years and have read and seen in the news - reports of numerous murders, recently solved cold cases and thought……. hmmmm is anyone telling these stories?
A little geography lesson for those not in the know, Washington and Oregon both boarder the Pacific Ocean on the west and to the north of Washington is the Canadian boarder. South of Oregon is California and then Mexico. The people and geography of this region are remarkably diverse ranging from wealthy tech companies to rural farmers. We also have islands and mountain ranges that significantly separates towns and communities.
The more I researched cases here the more fascinating it becomes. So, thank you for joining me on this journey.
