Introduction to Heart of Glass Heart of Glass

Awareness is key to understanding ourselves and making peace with the traumas or losses that we go through. You take a step closer to yourself every time you try to understand your own emotions and reactions. In our lifetime, we all experience loss one way or the other. We lose friends, lovers or loved ones. Hell, some of us even lose old versions of ourselves for all the good reasons. The waves of emotions you feel right after a breakup, or your last day at work all seem relevant and can be experienced differently by everyone. In this episode, I introduce myself as the host of Heart of Glass (Waffle the cat as co-host) and talk briefly about the five stages of grief that will be discussed in depth on the rest of the episodes (among other things).
