    In this episode, I explain the most common injury I see in clinic and what causes it. I touch on what Sciatica is and the most common causes of sciatic nerve pain.

    I also discuss how to treat sciatica briefly if you are suffering from lower back pain and sciatic nerve issues.

    I’m a sports therapist based in the UK with an interest in avoiding unwanted injuries and getting rid of aches and pains after struggling with various injuries through my very amateur sporting career.
    I’m going to be speaking to a range of different people from injury experts, elite sports physios and your every day Doris who’s lived with a bad back all of her life.
    Episodes will cover a number of different topics from how pilates might treat your back pain, how to build bulletproof knees and what it takes to develop supple shoulders.
