BONUS Intuitive Eating Coaching on Headaches & Holidays

Our bonus episode today is an intuitive eating coaching session where we coach our friend and fellow podcaster  Heather Creekmore as she steps out in faith and starts sharing about her own intuitive eating journey with Jesus. Today we discuss unconditional permission to eat and habituation around foods, Heather’s experience with headaches and the process of gaining awareness of her actual needs, and approaching holiday food intuitively. We hope this intuitive eating coaching call will help you remember that food is a good gift AND diet culture makes this time of year all about the food - but it’s not about that!

On the Intuitive Eating for Christian Women podcast our aim is to introduce you to the principles of Intuitive Eating and help you see how those principles align with Scripture so you can improve your relationship with food, your body and God and cast out dieting for good.

EBCoC ,

So helpful!

I went back and listened to all the old episodes and I always look forward to the new ones. I love how they help me focus more on my heart instead of my body issues. I feel like they are on this journey with me. I’m 59 and it’s hard to undue all the diet culture training but I thank these girls for their help. God bless you both!

Freedom at last!

It took losing a lot of weight, regaining a lot of weight and realizing I had an eating disorder to get my attention. This podcast played an important role in helping me to realize that it’s God who truly defines who I am, not a number, not culture. I quit the diet club and the shame filled plan to try to lose weight all over again with more disordered behavior. It was very painful to feel so helpless with binging and weight gain but at last I am finding hope and healing. God has blessed me through a difficult journey and I’m thankful for Erin and Char-lee’s words of wisdom that have helped so much.

I Always listen

This podcast is a must for me to encourage me onwards in my IE journey based on biblical truth!
