Looking to move and invest in Florida

I have found this particular podcast to be one of the best about investing in Florida. Interviews have been extremely informative. I will be doing 1031 exchanges this summer selling properties in Utah and investing in multi family in the gulf coast area between Tampa and Sarasota.
