Diante showed some flashes of brilliance this past season in an extremely anemic offense. This season Diante is poised to have a bigger role with a new QB and some changes within the offense. Tom has been around the Iowa program for a very long time and has been a part of some historic games and seasons, watching and reporting from the sidelines.     Episode 28, someone that was a big factor in plugging up holes on the defensive line last season, and is poised to be a huge impact player this season with the departure of VanNess on the line. We were really excited to chat with Mr. Black. Yahya is a massive human being and one of the kindest interviews we've conducted yet.     Episode 27, a massively underrated player in Iowa's secondary that had a huge impact this past season... Quinn Schulte. We had a great time chatting with Quinn and he was incredibly accommodating in allowing us to interview him. Quinn has been with the Hawkeyes since he joined as a preferred walk-on in 2019. However, Quinn is no stranger to the Hawkeye program, as he grew up close by in Cedar Rapids and played for his father at Cedar Rapids Xavier High School, having a partial stake in leading his high school team to a state championship.     Episode 26, this man needs no introduction. Matthew had the time of his life chatting with Nico, and we learned a lot about him from an off the field perspective. Nico has been with the Hawkeye football program for a number of years now, and is set to return for one final season in 2023, hoping to surpass some receiving records in the process.  We both had a blast chatting with Nico and are excited to see what he can do this coming season. Matthew even gets clarification on his last name pronunciation, and we relive the Iowa - Penn State game from 2 years ago.
