Musical and uplifting

I really enjoy listening to Joan’s podcast because it allows to let the information settle and set in our brain to process the meanings of it. This all done with music ! I found that every time a song was playing I was able to reflect on what was said and I could apply it directly in my life by creating examples just for me. Love all the nuggets of wisdom.
