While all of this economic growth and development is a positive thing, it must be managed carefully to reduce growing pains. As the North Carolina real estate market continues to boom, you need to know what’s going on and hear from the people who live near you, so you have a say. We discuss the current comprehensive development plan for the 2022-2023 fiscal year and how the budget is affecting certain projects and developments.
