    How to Deal with Grief

In the face of profound loss, finding the strength to move forward can seem impossible. My guest on Hilary Topper on Air is author Sheila Clemenson, who has recently penned the inspiring book "Over the Rainbow: From the Depths of Grief to Hope."
"Over the Rainbow" is a heartfelt love letter and an encouraging discussion on navigating grief to hope. Can you share with our listeners what inspired you to write this book?
Can you share a bit about how your book serves as a guide for those facing grief?
The book includes personal anecdotes, exercises, and advice. Can you highlight a particular exercise or advice that you believe is especially impactful for those amid grief?
How do you approach the concept of resilience in the context of grief, and what role does it play in the transformative power discussed in your book?
Sheila, you have some upcoming author events. Can you share a bit about what attendees can expect and what you hope they take away from these events?
In addition to the book, you offer a Companion Journal, guided meditations, and playlists as additional healing modalities. Can you briefly explain how these resources complement the overall message of "Over the Rainbow"?
As a Certified Career Coach and HR Consultant, how do you address the intersection of grief and professional challenges in your book, and what advice do you have for individuals navigating loss in the workplace?

In these challenging times, self-care is more important than ever. Body creams, soaps, and scrubs can be powerful tools in nurturing our physical well-being and mental peace. Scented soaps can turn a simple shower into a therapeutic experience, their aromas soothing the senses and reducing stress levels.
Incorporating these elements into our daily routine enhances our skin's health. It provides a moment of serenity amidst the turmoil, reminding us that taking care of ourselves is integral to stress relief.
Today's guest is Shari Druckman-Roberts, founder of Buddha Bath, a small-batch, handcrafted skin care product.

Your product line focuses on self-care and natural ingredients. Can you share some insights into how your products contribute to the well-being of your customers?
What sets Buddha Bath products apart in the crowded market of self-care products?
The name "Buddha Bath" suggests a connection to mindfulness. How does mindfulness play a role in your brand's philosophy?
Many consumers today are conscious of the ingredients in the products they use. How does Buddha Bath prioritize natural and sustainable ingredients in its formulations? Shari, back to you. I can say that I’ve been using your products now for a month, and I definitely see a difference. What kind of feedback have you received from customers about their experiences with Buddha Bath products?

From Ruptured Brain Aneurysm to Survivor

There are people in this world who face unexpected challenges but can overcome them with resiliency and inspiration. Tricia Lieberman Scobey is one of those people.
From Ruptured Brain Aneurysm to Survivor Tricia had a ruptured brain aneurysm in November 2020, at the height of the pandemic. She was experiencing some migraines before the rupture. Still, while watching television with her daughter, it suddenly occurred, and the next thing she remembers is being in the hospital and being told that she needed surgery.
Three surgeries later, Tricia is thankfully here to tell her story. Be moved and motivated as you listen to her story. Find out what she went through and how she felt mentally, especially as an athlete and a runner.

About Brain Aneurysms Did you know that 1 in every 50 people have a brain aneurysm? Ruptured brain aneurysms are fatal 50 percent of the time, and horribly, there is a rupture every 18 minutes.
The Bee Foundation Tricia volunteers for The Bee Foundation, a group dedicated to research, awareness, advocacy, and support. Their goal is to live in a world where brain aneurysms can be found before rupture so that lives will be saved and the devastation they cause eliminated.
To get in touch with Tricia go to https://www.facebook.com/tricia.scobey and send her a direct message. Or, get in touch with The Bee Foundation at https://www.thebeefoundation.org/.
