Today we're unpacking a unique experience—Dr Bruce's visit to the Amish community in the USA a few weeks ago.  Bruce brings his first-hand experience among the rolling hills and red barns,  as we delve into the Amish lifestyle, the good and bad, traditionally rooted in simplicity. Famous for their aversion to modern conveniences, the Amish seem to have found a delicate balance. From horse-drawn buggies to solar-powered tools, they've embraced innovation selectively to try to preserve their cultural identity and tight social fabric.
