So far we've explored the foundation dimension where healthy body means healthy mind. We've had the internal dimension, which is all about knowing who you are through your spiritual wellness and stimulating your brain through intellectual wellness. 
Now we are venturing outside of ourselves and reflecting on how we interact with the world around us. Environmental wellness plays a huge role in that. 
During this podcast I talk you through a reflective exercise, and we look at how changes to your external environment – your physical surroundings, your home, your furniture, and even the colours you wear – can all impact your mental health and wellbeing.
