A retired customer service executive, Edward Di Gangi was born and raised in New York City. He and his wife now reside in North Carolina.

DiGangi is the author of published nonfiction articles as well as short stories. He is a popular book club presenter and podcast guest. The Gift Best Given, a Memoir, is his first full-length book.
