Three friends agree to watch every episode and movie of the television hit Hart to Hart to determine once and for all if Hart to Hart is a good show. Join Ellen Ito (the devoted lover) Erik Blood (the nostalgic acquaintance) and Joe Garber (the dubious virgin) on a journey filled with fabulous fashions, furious fistfights, and of course MURDER!
-
Repo Man (Sy Richardson)
We followed Sy Richardson to the 1984 cult classic Repo Man! Joe has an insight into the film that blows Erik's mind while Ellen drops Johnny Marr's original band name on us.
-
Nocturna (Disco)
We followed "disco" to 1979's Nocturna. I never thought I'd use disco to kill.
-
Saturday Night Fever (John Badham)
We followed director John Badham to the 1977 phenomenon Saturday Night Fever. Blood, sweat, and tears.
-
WarGames (Michael Ensign)
We followed Michael Ensign to 1983's WarGames. Definitely hits different in 2024, but the message remains evergreen.
-
House 1985 (Funho?)
We followed...something...I don't know anymore...to 1985's House! our minds may be mush, but we are still more coherent than this film.
-
The Peanut Butter Solution (Heavy Gentho)
We....uh....followed Erik's theme of dreamlike television movie to 1985's "The Peanut Butter Solution" and...hmmm...we're sorry?

we love it!
before i listened to this podcast, i was but a foolish band nerd. after listening to this podcast, i am still a foolish band nerd. BUT now i love this rich god-fearing couple who live in my television. jonathan and jennifer literally paid me a visit and sent me to mooky’s scottish bagpipe & drum corps! (by the way, that was an act of service, NOT an abducting attempt.)
i hope joe, ellen, and erik (aka thing 1, thing 2, and thing 3) realize that their show is big with teens, gays, and girl scouts… maybe even all three. thank y’all for indoctrinating- i mean, politely inviting us to the church of hart. we hate the people that keep shoving freeway into the cupboards. we detest syndicam video. but we do believe that eve and robin are queer icons – AND, arguably, the HOTTEST villains in television history.
i can say with confidence that my bauble was irrevocably snatched by this podcast! keep up the good work loves.
Men of Hench MUST to stop putting Freeway in cabinets!
